Hosted by BD and Espy—two minority women, former military spouses (one a veteran, one a widowed military spouse)—the show blends raw storytelling, emotional honesty, and adult humor. Each episode feels like sitting in on the kind of conversation people only have in private: messy, vulnerable, hilarious, and deeply human. 

This is not polished self-help. This is healing with edge. The show gives voice to “invisible casualties”—spouses, partners, children, and survivors whose lives were shaped by war, addiction, and trauma even if they never wore a uniform.
